TARGETS

• Develop Solar Thermal Obligations (STO) through the regulation itself through municipal regulations, administrative procedures, effective and relevant support measures.
• Demonstrate through five examples of good real implementation of the STO.
• Facilitate the implementation of the STO by European municipalities through the production of documents and model rules.
• Disseminate the project results among the new European authorities involved in the deployment of these STO.
  Influencing European and national policies in order to make that STO are mandatory throughout Europe.

RESULTS EXPECTED

With the implementation of the project, the aim is to facilitate the town of Murcia the implementation of the new Technical Building Code (Royal Decree 314/2006 of March 17), in relation to the requirement to install on new and refurbished homes, solar thermal for hot water, through a municipal ordinance.
