- Carry out studies and research, regarding the scope of Human Resources’ current qualification in front of the challenges of the new ways of management.
- Promotion actions
: Business promoting, technological literacy.

that will guarantee the acquiring of knowledge to successfully face the adjustment to the new demands required for a job post and taking on the technological changes.
