The Social Affairs Forum “Social Services reaching out to hardest to reach groups” will be introduced together with the Spanish Presidency of the EU and will launch the EUROCITIES activities in the frame of the 2010 year for combating poverty and social exclusion.
Spain assumed the presidency of the EU
January, 25 2010
On 1 January, Spain assumed the presidency of the EU. For six months, the main task of the country which holds the presidency is to organise and manage the work of the Council of the European Union where the member states are represented.
